In general there are two remedies in civil court,
a) Damages: These are order from the court that
the claimant must be paid certain amount of
money. It is also named as award of damages. Special Damage is a type of damage in which
damage can be evaluated to the accurate. For example, in road accident damage could be
calculated like cost of repairing car. General damages are those which can’t be calculated like
amount for pain or sufferings.
