Create a top-ten list of the presses in your life right now. First, establish what your three main goals currently are. Then write down the top ten presses that will impact, either negatively or positively, your achieving each goal. Have a couple of your friends do the same thing. Do you and your friends identify the same presses? Explain your findings.
