1. Introduction
The purpose of this paper is to determine how Belton Christian Youth centre can balance
the work life of its employees. The centre is recognizing the importance of play to children. The
workplace is turning to be very competitive with every employer stressing on increased
productivity by its employees. Organizations are trying to increase their output using the same
number of people making it difficult for the employees to enjoy their life outside the
organizational setup. The center has recognized the importance of this and is committed to
improving the lives of children in the field and in the court. To help children develop skills,
enjoy themselves during the exercise and meet new friends, the centre has dedicated its resources
towards flag football, soccer and basketball (Haworth 2012).
2. Description of Core Concepts
Children learn skills that are necessary for their career development and this is essential
to them in future because the way they develop at an early age will determine whether the
children become successful in future. Parents register with the centre after paying some rates and
