In subsection 2.2.3, it is suggested that the process of finding the peak amplitude of a sound file would be a useful program in its own right. Of course, not every file has a PEAK chunk. Using sfnorm.c as a starting point, and linking with the portsf library, write and document this program, calling it sf peak. Alternatively, modify sfnorm so that it can also be used just to find the peak of the infile.
