2. Given the essay question, the discussion should consider the RN's role in assessing and intervening through coordination, supervision and delegation of care to unregistered nurses. In a way, they are the same thing, as the RN may need to gather various assessment data but in the aged care setting, the (initial) assessment is likely to be conducted by unregistered nursing staff.
3. As I mentioned above, the instructions are there to help direct your preparation (research) and your approach to writing. The focus of your essay is to answer the essay question posed.
