In response to security problems and concern about substance abuse among inmates, you have implemented new visiting policies that put a limit of 10 nonfamily members who can be on any one inmate’s approved visiting list, prohibited anyone from being on more than one inmate’s list, and completely prohibited former prisoners unless they are qualified members of the clergy or attorneys on official business. Inmates are extremely upset about the new regulations and have filed a class action lawsuit.
