First pick a commonly made numeric claim in the form “Statistics show that… [insert claim].” Then answer the following question in a minimum of 175 words: What sorts of follow up questions about the statistics in your claim might you ask in order to obtain the data needed to make a decision about the statistical validity of that statement as discussed in week 4 reading? We sure can come up with critical questions but we want questions based on the concepts and vocabulary about statistical validation from this week.
