Before starting any kind of project, the desire and the need of the audience should be understood with a focused purpose because the communication and the documents produced will always focus on the understanding of the audiences’ requirements and then only the purpose of the project can be achieved (Markel & Selber, 2017). In order to produce documents for this technical communication course the project should consider the expectation of the instructor. The role of instructor is to evaluate effectively whether the course is addressing the audience properly or not in order to achieve the purpose.
