This involves the recognition of the company’s responsibility to ensure safe working environment for their employees and practice sustainable business activities to positively contribute to the community. In this article a detailed discussion is done on the ethical violation committed by a manufacturing company during Covid-19 pandemic situation, and the possible steps to ensure company works on ethical process.

Covid-19 pandemic has changed the world we used to see previously. This pandemic virus has claimed many lives all around the world, and millions of people have got infected from this virus. However, many corporations are not following the regulations during the Covid-19 pandemic (Business Ethics Highlights, March 14, 2020).
