Implicit Bias is a type of stereotype, narrowness in perception or bias that creps in the decisi
on making, judgments as well as behaviour automatically. It is a known fact that people usually don’t speak what they really feel and are plagued to think in the same pattern as their past experience. For instance, certain individual might claim to others that smoking is a bad habit yet when no one is watching, he might smoke pack of cigarettes. He lied in front of others may because he is embarrassed to admit. By the virtue of this assignment, I have selected two Implicit tests that are sponsored by Harvard University. Technically, these Implicit Association Test (IAT) are based on comprehending the personality of the individual as well as the cognitive ability.
