Implementation is the culmination of your work and requires careful attention. Describe several ways that you would monitor the implementation of your work and how you would obtain and use feedback?
Implementation is the demanding task wherein it shows how a management cycle reaches its core by all the preceding assessments and planning with objective of improving and developing. There are mainly 3 stages involved-
1. Planning and preparing implementation
2. Implementation and monitoring
3. Reviewing and analysis implemented plan
For a successful implementation, it must be clearly and efficiently planned. There are several steps of implementation plan which includes constructing a plan of action, listing out the actions along with schedules, required resources and their allocation, consequences measurements, action management and review along with training, selecting briefing required for implementation plan.
Monitoring of plan is crucial to avoid any mismatch between the milestones and the deliverables that means to keep a track of all activities being at place. There are several ways to monitor implementation of a plan, which are as follows-
· Comparison of implementation efforts with original targets and goals
· Determination of progress towards expected results achievement
· Determination of observed time schedule
Monitoring is an ongoing process to make understanding and effectiveness of system in better way. There is need to collect and analyze crucial data periodically so as to work efficiently and monitor accordingly.
