Imagine that you are the Human Resource Manager of the company Atlassian, a software company started in Australia. Your boss is concerned about talent management in your company in the rapidly changing environment, and would like to hear your ideas and suggestions about talent management for the next 10 years. Please write a Talent Management Plan, drawing on the Oracle White Paper (The future of talent management: Underlying drivers of change) and what you have learned in the first 6 lectures. In this plan, you need to describe what challenges the company might be facing, and what do you think the company should do in relation to talent management, and why they should take these measures. Knowledge specific to the company Atlassian is not essential; however, the report should be more or less tailored to high-tech companies (which may or may not be applicable to companies in other industries).
