(ii)Identify current business needs (For example, the need for an interface that allows prospective tenants apply to multiple real estate agents)
(iii)Investigate and evaluate possible systems that can address current business problems (For example I-rent content management system)
(iv)Recommend an off-the shelve system to be implemented or propose a new system to be developed
(v)Evaluate appropriate methodologies and propose one to be followed for the implementation
