How they run company
In this report, Bradford Banducci the CEO of Woolworths Group has been considered as the leader to analyse the skill of a leader. The managing director of the organisation has successfully run its business in Australia and other countries such as New Zealand. Bradford Banducci has appointed in the year 2015 as the chief executive of Woolworths Group. Before having this post of the organisation, he has experience in the Group's drink business since 2012-2015. The first priority of Bradford Banducci is to set up a strong leadership in the organisation; his 25 years working experience in the retail sector has helped him to run the business effectively (Hepworth & Newman, 2019). His personal resilience and leadership skill help the organisation to maintain the workflow activities in the organisation. He has approached strategic insights to sustain the growing productivity of the organisation in Australia. At the same time, Bradford Banducci has also paid attention to the recruitment procedure to run their business effectively. However, internal and external communication has also been considered by Bradford Banducci as the core factor to run the business with efficiency.
Internal communication of Bradford Banducci
Bradford Banducci has focused on internal communication that he experienced throughout his managing career. He believed that communicating with employees and relevant associates is an essential factor for the sustainable growth of his organisation. Thus, he has approached a border vision among his employees taught they can understand the vision and the mission of the company (Yeomans & FitzPatrick, 2017). Rather he believes that verbal communication is the prior tool that helps him to set up the internal communication in the organisation. According to him, verbal communication is a valuable tool that is easily accessible and helps to influence employees widely. Employees can be more organized by the help of verbal communication, as they can easily understand the expectation from them (Lemonnier, 2016). On the other hand, he has considered the fact that verbal communication is vital for interview sessions. Through verbal communication, the higher authority can understand the mental strength of their employees. At the same time, it has approached a positive attitude in the annual income of the company, as it is effective for the overall productivity of the organisation. He has focused on the strategy of verbal communication as it helps him to establish the satisfaction level of employees in his organisation.
