If the mean of a problem of 44 and the standard deviation is 11 HOW would I calculate the range at 36% using Chebyshev's rule?  So it wants to know what the first and last numbers would be within the 36% range.

Can someone please simplify the process for me, step by step?  I need the process more than the answer.

AS dumbed down as humanly possible please.  I do NOT have a math brain and numbers confuse me.  Please help!

Thank you!
