If the answers are clear to all participants, then go to Step 5. If they are not, then ask those who are unclear about what was
said exactly what they still find to be unclear. For example, someone might say, “I heard the person say that we should all
share the assignment equally. But I am not sure why he feels so strongly about it. In my view, if we divide up the tasks
according to skill, the work may not be equally divided, but the product may be more effective.” Give the focus person a
chance to respond.
