Introduction
IDEO was formed in 1978 when David Kelley, Bill Moggridge and Mike Nuttall merged their respective companies. There are more than 600 employee working for it and it has global presence majorly in nine locations (IDEO Design Thinking, 2021). It has 23+ design capabilities, which are creating revolution in the marketplace.
While working on a design IDEO follows human centered approach and address the challenges, which can be actual while implementing and using it. It Monitors how users reacts to it and keeping a note of that it make necessary modifications in that. They are working in every domain to make processes simple and empowering people at the same time who uses them. It became IDEO in 1991 (IDEO Design Thinking, 2021).
Mission
The mission is to develop products, processes, strategy and services with a human point of view so that it is feasible technically and viable economically. Its tools can be used by common person, who is not designer but determined to face challenges (IDEO Design Thinking, 2021).
