Three Things Learned from the Video
1. We have to work as a team for ensuring the value for the services offered to the customers. From the video it is clear that the term scrum focuses on the concept of team work and the team work helps for delivering the quality services to the customers. For managing the issues and for attaining the goal we have to give importance to cross functional teams. Teams always helps for understanding the needs of the customers and it also helps for reducing the wastages.
2. Product owner is required for maximizing the business value
It is the duty of the company to meet the needs of the customers at the right time. In scrum the company required the support of product owner. Product owner can manage the works and product owner can also improve the performance of the team members.
