Assess the relationship between organizations, IS and business processes for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Appraise the salient characteristics of CRM, SCM and IS assets management. Demonstrate an appreciation of the impact of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems on businesses. Demonstrate an understanding of the issues involved in the design, implementation and maintenance of ERP Systems.
