Introduction
Daily visits to the gym form one of the good habits and routines practised by individuals. This involves continuous exercise through weight lifting and aerobics. As a member of one of the Builders of the Gymnasium in my neighbourhood, I have been able to incorporate a daily exercise routine into my normal work schedule. It is due to this reason that I have consequently developed working out as a habit. Different individuals have different motives in visiting the gym. This ranges from keeping body fitness to building of muscles (Ylisela, 2012). Lifting heavy weights does not only build ones muscle but also enhances the flow of blood throughout the body system. Aerobics also help maintain body fitness through burning out excess calories within individuals. Through exercise, individuals are able to stay fresh and focused on their daily transactions. Working out is therefore beneficial to different individuals as it also maintains a positive social coexistence with other people in different levels. Strategies set to improve working out are geared towards enhancing healthy trends during exercise.
