Introduction
This paper includes human resource management issues that must be considered by Sydney Human Resources Managers in 2019 when moving managers from Australia to managing a subsidiary of an Australian multinational organization based in Paris, France. In addition, this article will discuss the issue of human resource management and employment relationships that affect the working life of French managers in 2019.

Understanding that human resources is no longer a business partner, but a strategic partner that is more relevant to the company's strategic goals. I will focus on the challenges that HR managers face when expanding internationally. The role of HR managers in different parts of the world, and HR professionals are more familiar with the needs of cultural awareness, language barriers, social differences and diversity promotion.
