The social science aspect that will be researched and evaluated is the Effect of Burnout in the Workplace. Burnout refers to a syndrome that is conceptualized from the chronic aspects in the workplace in the form of stress that an individual cannot manage. The symptoms of the burnout effect are typically featured by the feelings of energy depletion or exhaustion, increased dissatisfaction from the job, the feelings of negativism related to the job.
