Over the past few months, the nation has been shaken to the core due to the dire impediment caused by the resultant outbreak of Covid-19. This has shed light on the fact about how it has disrupted the functional operations of the organizations. It has intern affected the livelihood of the individuals. The rapid economic downpours being observed as a major problem relating to the survival of human beings. It is very important to note the variant characteristics facets that are creating a drawback in relation to the pandemic. It has also been effective in proving the matters for being lethal enough in and around the world. However, except Covid-19, there appears to be other lethal variants related to the corona virus that involves SAR Sor Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome and MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome).
The need for working from home
There appearto be corporate firmsthat are considerably large are functional in bootlicking relating to the government and in turn extract maximum benefit concerning the pandemic. However, there appears to be small businesses, as well asthe individual families that are effective in struggling for their survival. Though the small businesses appear to be in a situational discomfort of not getting loans relating to this period. Therefore,the US government hasbeen instrumental in deciding on the matter for forfeiture of the loans in consideration of small businesses for keeping themin relation to going bankrupt during this period relating to the economic depression. Though there appears to be small businessesthat are tryingin a desperatemannerfor making it all right, because of the dilemmathat appears to persist in consideration of the decisionrelating to re-opening orthe matter ofit being a disastrous one. Now, with no scene of returning to the previous system of going back to the normalised phases of workplace, returning to the office seems impossible, and then there remains the hassle of complying to the norms of social distancing laid down to contain the contamination of the virus, which is showing no restraint in affecting more and more people. The coronavirus is mutating itself in the tropical countries like Australia, India and Bangladesh. India has now more contracted patients than China itself and now only Iran is before it in Asian context.
