    Situation
    During my meetings with caseworkers Mrs. Jane, I provided guidance and recommendations on their complex cases. I emphasized the importance of coordinating healthcare services, and supporting the client's mental wellbeing. In the case of Mrs. Jane with developing mental health issues and early signs of dementia, I advised her to involve a multidisciplinary team including a geriatrician, psychiatrist, and a memory care specialist.
In both situations, I advised the caseworkers to adopt a person-cantered approach and consider the unique needs of their clients. I also emphasized open communication and collaboration with all stakeholders involved, such as the client's family members, healthcare providers, and community care services
