Introduction
In this article, Miao and Cao (2019), the study focuses on the “new normal” background of the Chinese economy. The study explores that whether high-performance working system could motivate the employees to express creativity, it also examines whether high-performance working system could improve the employees work well-being and whether it could mediate the relationship between high-performance working system and employee creativity.
This paper has integrated several research models of high-performance work system into the transformational leadership in order to test the effect of transformational leadership on employee’s creativity as well as the high-performance working system. This assessment will produce a review of the above-mentioned article, highlighting the understanding of structure, the discussed researches, demonstrating the theoretical as well as methodological interest with suitable recommendation at the end.
