Human Resources are considered as the major assets of the business as they play active role in enhancing company’s success. Thus, in order to enhance the value of human resource management, it is crucial for the organization to develop concern for tr
aining and development, motivation so that employee capabilities can be enhanced accordingly. Training is considered as the most crucial tool for performance development which not only fosters the opportunities of learning; but also it aids in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness aspects. The article states that effective training programs assist the employees to concentrate on their career development which directly contributes in achieving business aims and objectives. In order to meet the objective of the study, the study has applied empirical research methodology which helped in accessing different resources for data collection. Both primary and secondary sources of data collection were applied to grab wide range of data. Questionnaire as well as one-to-one semi-structured interviews was designed under primary source. In terms of conclusion, it was identified that knowledge, skills and attitude are most vital and important dimensions which helps the employees to perform their roles and responsibilities in optimum manner. Thus, from the study, it is identified that training program can be most vitally implemented to achieve organizational objectives.
Para 2
Since, it is applied to public sector; therefore the findings are useful to stress upon so that organization’s concern on employee development can be enhanced accordingly. However, it can be argued that due to changing business climate, training should not be called as the only method for employee development as several other options are also available. Thus, the business should look for varied options while encouraging the efficiency of employees. In the article, discussion was included regarding the effectiveness of training and development on employee performance.
However, this fact can be critically argued by saying that there are various employees in the organization that do not develop the potential in performance even after training sessions. However, for a manufacturing industry, it becomes difficult to organize continuous training sessions as trends in employee performance has been transforming at greater extent. Thus, crucially it can be said that training brings no results when the aim of the session does not meet the requirement of the employee. Henceforth, improper balance between both can affect organizational standards.
