Group Presentation Proposal (5%) Proposal Guidelines 1. The Group or Individual Presentation proposal is worth 5% of your final grade. 2. Teams or Individuals are free to choose their own environmental issue for their presentations (including a topic already chosen for your Final Research Essay). 3. Yes – you can use your research essay topic or another environmental issue. 4. You must work with a classmate (if you know anyone in the class) or work on your own to complete the presentation. 5. Group or Individual presentations must be a PowerPoint presentations that are narrated or filmed and must include a References list. 6. Please use the template below to complete your group proposal (page 2 only – do not include the proposal guidelines for submission). 7. Please email me the file as an MS Word Document. 8. Feel free to extend the spacing in the template to add more information. 9. Group/Individual proposals should be 1 or 2 pages in length. 10. Proposals must be typed. 11. Groups or Individuals must include enough information so that anyone reading the proposal can easily visualize and understand the presentation. 12. Make sure to include enough background information about your presentation topic so that your audience can understand the issue. 13. Include specific sections in your organization and structure (i.e. introduction, presentation body, and conclusion). 14.
