Tim Hortons is planning to product pilot a new Mediterranean inspired sandwich across 50 of its busiest franchises beginning in October 2020. You must provide enough pita bread to supply the entire 6 months of the product pilot. Each of the 50 franchises will need 500 pitas per day starting in October 1st, 2020. Your assignment is to create a scope statement that will describe the scope of this project.
