Introduction
Management and leadership are the key points in growing a certain business. Management is something that needed to be here to keep organizational structures, growing. There are always certain skills
needed by leaders which help your business to remain healthy. The aim of management is to directly influence the community in an effective and more sustainable way. As described by many researchers, follower’s characteristics are thrust for effective leadership (G.Yukl, 1986).
This paper aims to shows how the leadership plays its role in the development and what are the key constraints of it by narrating some management strategies (Butt, 2016). The authors have conducted experiments and derived the factors affecting the project management and how these can affect the on-going projects. Many researchers thought that leader doesn’t determined organizational outcomes, that’s what mostly the approach of people, due to which, identification and implementation of these approaches is too slow and many leaders does not contribute to organizational success due to this attitude. Therefore importance of determining leadership and management qualities is significant. This integrated problem has become an active topic of discussion. Research due to its ignorance about this, suffers many limitations.
The articles describes that how knowing importance of it, added strength to your insight. Author with his research describes that when certain leader shows positive impact towards his subordinates, it means he has effective leadership attributes. The attributes analyzed by the author are: the performance of leader in an organizational unit, his ability to act on critical situation and how effectively he handles the situations and make his subordinates works efficiently. How effective he made his decisions and subordinate reviews about him.
The authors has examined all the works, theories of different experts and narrate that effective leader is someone having influence on completing the goals of organization.
