Nowadays S has becomeworld leader in its field (advanced electronic products industry) by implementing a strategy corporation that emphasizes business diversification and focuses on software development, high-tech product development and service globally, with more than 400,000
employees working in 190 countries. With such a corporate strategy, global Human Resources have an important role. Service and high technology require more serious attention in terms of selection, training and compensation – compared to the average of its peers – and globalization requires the provision of such services to the countries where the S branches operate. S formulate the basic theme and its Human strategy in several points as follows:
