It is a company with the brand name “Different World”. The company was named with the intention of inventing new devices for creative world. The founder of the company is Mr. Kwon Shrestha and has the 500-people working in the company. Different World sells personal computers (PCs), Routers, Data storage devices and printers. The company is more based on the desktop. However, the company has started to manufacture laptops since last year. The company focuses on delivering individual PCs configured to customer specifications. To reduce the delay, the company has started selling the products online and meet the customer’s requirement. 2. Mission & Vision: As being the emerging hardware company in the market, its mission statement is “To be the best hardware company in the world by providing best customer experience in the market and meet customers’ expectations of the highest quality”. The statement of the company meets the following criteria: 1. Best customer experience: as the main component of the mission, all the hardware products produced in the company will go through several test and quality measurement before providing to the customers. Legal Issues: This Company has been a well-registered company according to the Law of Australian Taxation office, however all the legal documents like Privacy Laws, Content Ownership, IP & Copyright Infringement, HR Issues must be updated to minimize the risk. 3. Security Concerns: Nowadays IT related problems like cybercrimes and the cyber security issues is the main problem for the company. Therefore, the Different World has the biggest risk from the hacking and data loss. 4. Operational risk: The problems which are uncertain in the company and might impact the day-to-day operation.
