In this article, authors will introduce some aspects of the BI system development, for example: architecture, life cycle, modeling technology, as well as finally a few evaluation criteria related to system performance. The system uses an ERP system to collect data to extract information from the different modules or functional areas, for instance: finance, inventory, purchasing, order management, and production. For managers, the system can provide analysis dashboards and reports [1]. As a storage resolution, we built and designed data warehouse. If we do understand one thing about business intelligence or BI, it is that this is a concept that has existed and is being widely used for many years [10]. It is no longer just a choice, but a necessary condition for success. The operation of any given business if dare not use business intelligence, are actually pushing the business to failure day after day. Failure to adopt business intelligence is like deliberately losing a competitive advantage, which makes no sense for veterans or novice businessmen. Therefore, authors freely emphasize the process and stages of business intelligence system development, which will greatly help to successfully integrate it into the business to simplify its operations and activities. In an organization, many decisions are made every day, so it’s significant to take successful decisions to attain organizational objectives. If try to define a strategy for each decision, and appoint additional skilled personnel to make decisions, it will only increase costs and will not lead to successful decisions. If provide existing workers with tools for successful decision-making, it will lead to agile association, which will be very cost-effective resolution [9]. Nevertheless before implementing a BI solution, it’s significant to know your needs moreover choose the right application. For incorrect business functions, good BI applications waste money and time. BI can also be customized according to the particular requirements of the field to implement in several businesses. Lastly, authors will analyze the advantages of the BI implementation for organizations and managers [11].

BI is a computer-based system that organizations can use to make some decisions. It consists of a data mart of the correct data or storerooms or business data, from which it is necessary to analyze mine, find, mine, or analyze operations to make the right reports or outcomes. BI applications can include data mining, statistical analysis, reporting and query, business performance analysis, online analytical process, benchmarking, decision support system, predictive analytics, and forecasting.
