· Issue discovered during the progress of getting the data, manipulating the graph and editing the graph to fit the webpage

· Use the 3 attachment you did when collecting the data and also the graphing editing, going back to edit the graph and about.html part of the project.

· Use the about.html website and explain it and what the whole process was when creating it.

In this document we are going to discuss about the changes that were implemented in project, at very high level we are going to discuss about data collecting process and design of graphs and making the graphs fit in the project also, we will talk about the about.html changes to have to show the reference documents preview on button hover.

1. Graphs generation
Data analysis:
Analyzed the given document files and understood that the documents contain the educational information of different states and cities of US.
One of the documents also contains the graduation rate and drop off rate percentages of each state and cities.
Design of bar charts:
· Explored on different data representation charts available to display the data visually.
· We have many api’s available to render charts in the html/javascript, tried with two three apis’.
· Found one canvasjs api which is easy to use and add the datapoints in object and invoke render method.
· Since we required to show percentage on 1 axis and states/cities in 1 axis, decided to go with bar chart.
· Gathered information for each region and noted the states and cities information which has the highest graduation or drop off rates.
· We need to define the column type as stacked Column and add datapoints for state and respective city in the same object.
· After settings all the necessary values(tooltip,lables, showInLegend flag etc) , need to call render method of canvasjs to visualize the graph.
· Created separate js and html file for each region.
· By using anchor tag of html called to respective region html, every html will have separate js , that will loaded to on launch of the html file. Js file will have data to be loaded and it will call canvasjs to render the chart in UI.
