of virtues – human and theological. Human Virtues that is known as natural virtues
also are considered as the firm foundations upon which a person’s full and worthy life
is built. These virtues help the humans in becoming human and orient towards making
the life true, beautiful and good. There are four human virtues that lay the foundation
for meaningful and selfless relationship with each other. These virtues are – Prudence,
justice, fortitude, and temperance. Prudence helps in making the right judgement in
life. Justice promotes fairness in all situations. Fortitude is firmness of spirit
especially in difficult situations. Temperance leads a person towards moderation, self
–control and discipline. All these four virtues are act like a foundation for a person.
Besides the human virtues, the other types of virtues are theological virtues that help
us to love god. These virtues are known as supernatural virtues. It includes the faith,
hope and charity.
3. Conscience means the ethical and moral values of a person that guides him about
what is right or wrong. It is the sense of a person for judging the other things and
makes it fair in all respect. It is the general awareness of person about ourselves,
others and surroundings and right or wrong.
4. The four moments of conscience are perception of good, discernment, judgement and
evaluation. These moments helps a person to form their judgement for evaluating the
things on the basis of right and wrong, good or bad.
