I need someone to do my Business Information System assignment. I need it in excel, and it must have chart/graph and summary. You have to read the proposal and then make it, and make it on the proposal topic. See the example I attached, so you know how it should looks like. EVERYTHING should be about the proposal topic and the three software/programs/apps on the proposal.



This is to be completed using Microsoft Excel and must include a chart/graph as well as a summary page. (See example). You will be using Microsoft Excel to prepare the evaluation of the 3 competitive software programs/apps that you have chosen by putting the appropriate information about the products you are comparing and the ten categories you think are important to your selected business.


You may utilize some of the information that is on the Excel template.




ISYS – 321 02/27/21 Buy Project (Proposal) A small business enterprise named ‘Panache’ has been founded by two women who were friends. Their mutual interest and vogue for fashion had instigated them to get together in creating this boutique. It is essentially a boutique which stocks all kinds of clothing, footwear and accessories for women. The main aim of this company is to satiate the fashion quotient of the women with best quality, trend and reasonable prices. The problem this boutique is facing currently is the absence of knowledge of keeping accounts. Consequently, they keep their records in the Microsoft excel and do the calculations manually. Due to this they are facing losses and human errors are occurring. In order to rectify these errors, they are planning to buy accounting software where they will only enter details and the software will handle the rest to overcome the mentioned issues. There are three main accounting software that be used by this company to overcome its accounting issues. · Database Accounting Software – Big corporations like million-dollar companies use this type of accounting software. For large scale business which has huge database, this software is very helpful to secure all its data. Oracle accounting software comes under this group. Hiring systems consultant and engineer is a must to get this software installed and functioning in the company. Primarily, this kind of software can control operations like financial management, hefty networks, intricate accounting roles and extra difficult tasks. So basically, this software targets big companies, large corporations and banks. Its advantages lie in its security, flexibility and capability to control difficult accounting tasks. However, there are few disadvantages like it is expensive and requires high expenses for maintenance. · Installed Accounting Software – There are places and locations where internet connections can be weak, restricted or limited. Therefore, companies can take benefit from accounting software that can be in the form of DVDs or CDs. These needs to be installed in the laptops or desktops. It targets small to medium sized businesses and start-ups. Its advantages are that it is easy to install and can be used by different accountants. Disadvantages of this software are hard to personalized, constraint to the quantity of PCs which may use the software due to restraints by the manufacturer, problematic using in numerous areas, availability of data in the desktop or laptop only, unavailable online and incapable to share with others. · Cloud Accounting Software – This accounting software can be found online and through the cloud or internet, data can be accessed. Freshbooks, Sage 50 Premium Accounting 2015, Quickbooks and Xero are examples of cloud accounting software. Its target is basically small sized enterprises. Its advantages are that it is less expensive, availability of data online, accession of data anywhere and anytime and can be linked with the bank account. Its only disadvantage is that it requires acquaintance in terms of functions. In conclusion, the company ‘Panache’ should apply cloud accounting software which will be appropriate to resolve its accounting issues. To be specific, Freshbooks is the most suitable for this company as the company is a start-up and not big corporation, also it comes with a 30 days free trial for those who are new to entrepreneurship and wants to try out first. Unlike installed accounting software, data will be available online which will be advantageous for the company ‘Panache’.
