The purpose of this report is to convince the investor to re-assign the management contract for coming three years as well. The performance analysis, strategies adopted and planned, and the financial performance and the projections are provided in the report will help achieve the aim of this report. Old Palace generated 14.6% at the end of contract and projected to generate 16.86% at the end of Year 6. This report also provides the recommendation for further research and for the HOTS team. INTRODUCTION This report examines the performance of Old Palace Hotel for three years and the strategies adopted by it. The activities of the hotel were carried out in HOTS program. The report shows the overall performance of the hotel for the period of three years in different departments like operation, marketing, and finance, and forecast the performance for upcoming three years in a business plan for the investor. HOTS program provides all the data and information required to do performance analysis and to prepare a business plan. This report finds out that the Old Palace has done great performance and is set to improve in the upcoming years. The activities started in Year 1 when the management started their contract for three years. The statistics, performance analysis, the strategies taken, and the financial statements shows significance performance and the shareholders are getting their return as well. This report is divided in many parts. The first part discusses environmental analysis and SWOT analysis of the hotel followed by many strategies taken and will be taking in the next part. The next part shows the marketing strategies followed by the Operational performance and forecasts.
