    Coaching and mentoring at workplace are the area of my motivation and encourages me to learn more. It is through coaching and mentoring which ai
ms to bring in ideal performance and upgrading the work in the workplace. There were various areas in which we lacked certain skills which were essential for the development of the employees in the organization. I trained myself in developing those skills gradually which helped me to train the employees effortlessly. The ultimate objective of coaching and mentoring in workplace is focusing on specific skills and goals. Further, it can have an impact on the personal attributes of an individual based on social interaction and confidence. While mentoring is a skill of questioning, listening carefully to others, clarifying their queries and reframing them in a suitable manner. Coaching is a cultural object and aims for developing a coaching culture and provides various advices to the practitioners and helps in development of a structural approach. Further, coaching skills is challenging and requires support so that the coaches develop these skills and resolve the issues by addressing the coaching sessions. The experience of coaching and mentoring which I gathered is while working in Coca-Cola foods.
Analysis
    The Coca-Cola company views coaching and mentoring as a tool which directly helps to enhance the performance of the employees by continuously building the skills of the employees for creating a high performing organization. But there were few challenges which was faced by Coca-Cola was difficulties while enhancing and optimizing the human resource development which can contribute towards the success of the business. It is also the duty of the coach to evaluate the present issue of the employees expressed by self-reliance, finding the weaknesses and strength which developed later for raising the current level and become confident by meeting the future challenges.
    Further, in order to tackle the challenges, Coca-Cola started a process of mentoring the tools which consisted of one-on-one mentoring, group mentoring as well as mentoring of the self-study. These approaches were in the form of strengthening the relationship between the business strategy and was focused on development. Further, there must be involvement of leadership in all the facets of the growth for the organization. There must be use of various developmental tools for matching the personal as well as the organizational requirements in a better manner.
