Hi. I went through your post and I agree that to gain an understanding of the work of a bus driver, surveys can be the best option to choose. Even I agree that the combination job analysis methods that you choose are quite suitable for assessing the working style. Functional job analysis and Task Inventory/Comprehensive Occupational Data Analysis Programs are indeed very helpful especially because of the authentication of the data pulled out from these sources (Mokarami et al., 2019). However, I think you could look out for some other analysis as well to analyse a bus driver’s job procedure. In addition to other duties necessary for securely carrying student passengers to and from schools while adhering to state legislation and educational agency regulations, the duties include assessing the state of the roadways and traffic, evaluating student behaviour, and other related tasks.
