I need help writing C++ code. I need it to calculate how much a person earns in a month if the salary is one penny for the first day and doubles each day the employee works. I need the code to ask the user how many days the employee worked during the month and I need it to validate that its between 1 -31 and display a table showing how much the salary was for each day worked as well as the total pay earned for the month. I need the amount displayed in US dollars with 2 decimal places.
