Ans1(a). Describing my current job role
I can sum my present role as Marketing Manager is something that is very exciting and thrills me to better myself every day. As I work closely with the product management groups of the organisation, I am expected to bring out creativity into a highly technological environment. For the right brainers like me, it’s fun working with the left brainers—always trying to decode their language in ‘creative’ ways. I am not alone in this journey. My team defines me. I truly believe in the abilities of my creative leaders and invest in them. As I come from a highly enterprising family, I have closely seen and observed the lives of various entrepreneurs. I have learned a lot from them. Besides, I always get excited when I get a chance to contribute to a company’s establishment or growth. I, therefore, consult them on marketing. It’s not all what I do. When I am not working, I am usually reading, writing, painting, or exercising.
In my current role I perform activities like Business Marketing, Product Marketing, Content & Social Media Marketing
My skills and expertise include sound knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Adobe Social, Kapost, Salesforce, Callidus Cloud, Marketo, Kapost, NewzSocial, Spreadfast, Survey Monkey and Salesforce.

· Taking care of administrative functions and providing support as per the departmental requirements. This includes assisting in terms of conducting meetings, preparing monthly budget, reporting, organising various employee programs as well as preparing highly confidential information where lot of integrity can be taken into consideration.
· Provides consultations to departmental heads and prepare various essential insights gauged from in-depth analysis from analysis of data that is regularly generated

· Regular and Timely feedback - One of the important methods to improve the efficiency in the workplace is to provide timely and regular feedback. I strongly feel that employee becomes more proactive and efficient if they comprehend exactly where the performance is under average.
· Establishing clear and achievable objectives - Every organisation has its mission and targets to achieve. These targets need to be appropriately divided amongst the employees such that all the actions are aligned towards achieving the same objective. Furthermore, employees need to be involved in the process of goal-setting since it would drive them to take appropriate actions and increase their efficiency.
