Abstract
We know the fact that project managers are using different methods and strategies for improving the project outcome. The project managers have to implement c
hange control process and it helps the management for ensuring the quality in each phase of the project. While devising project change control process the managers have to consider the internal and external factors influencing the process. The managers also have to consider the resources that are available for improving the project outcome and they also required the support of skilled and competent employees. In this research paper, we are analysing the business case and the application of change control process in a detailed way.
A. Identifies and analyses change and its impacts on scope, time, cost and quality on global projects
Changes required for the case study 
While analysing the case study we can able to understand that the project managers have to make changes to process and tools. We know the fact that for fruitfully completing the project, we required the support of effective leadership. While analysing the case study we can understand that lack of leadership and project management experience of the steering committee is the major problem faced by the project team (Sang et al 2019,p.112). Project leadership helps for improving the quality of project process and outcomes and it also helps for improving the motivational level of project team members. 
1. The project leaders and steering committee have to identify the threats that could harm and adversely affect the critical operations and assets of the project. 
2. Estimation of the threats that will materialize based on knowledgeable individuals.
3. The project leaders and steering committee have to identify and rank the value, sensitivity, and criticality of the operations and assets that will affect operations and assets of the projects (Abraham 2019,p.30).
4. The project leaders and steering committee have to estimate potential losses or damage, including the recovery costs of such threats.
5. The project leaders and steering committee have to identify cost-effective actions to mitigate the risks. 
6. Documenting the results and developing the action plan for the challenge.
The project leaders and steering committee have to make sure the operating efficiency is maintained and that the effectiveness of the risk management procedures, internal compliance control systems, controls and policies have been followed. The project leaders and steering committee need to develop a series of operational risks which it believes it to be inherent in the project management. These are like changing the operating environment, regulatory environment, fluctuations of demand, increase of operations cost. While analysing the case study we can also understand that lack of understanding of business processes and old systems by the project team is also called as another big problem...
