Introduction
The aspects pertaining to the universal declaration concerning the human rights in the year 1948 mandated by the United Nations Organization has been functional in embracing the education as a primary human right. It is in this regard, that Kenya has been functional in subscribing as a matter relating to a signatory concerning this declaration. Now this.is also important to consider that the economies pertaining to nations are competing for stronger positions with regards to a competitive global market place. Still there exists a lack of education in Kenya and which is required to be addressed. This essay will aim to focus on the impediments pertaining to the education and how media has been responsive to such cases.

Many governments have become increasingly interested in the performance of all aspects of their education systems. It is important conceive the fact that education happens to exist as a chance for having a career and thereby providing for oneself as an adult and the individual’s own family. When it comes down to Kenya the aspects relating to schooling happens to have many challenges which students hailing from the United States does not face. However, it does not appear to exist as something uncommon in having the children belonging to varying ages concerning the same class or grade level[footnoteRef:1]. It is a grave matter that children are held back in Kenya because of matters relating to their poor performance. Now this propagates because of lack of school fees, which leads the students to fail the year in the end test, or they can even have some kind of learning disability. Now the aspects relating to poverty is held as a major concern because almost about a half of Kenya’s 34million people is ascertained to live below the poverty line. They are unable to access basic education or neither they are able to pay for the minimum registration. Since these people happen to suffer from remoteness, they have a poor road network. They also have lack of production pertaining to technology as well as capacities concerning storage as well as fluid cash among others.
