The impact of technology is similar to the precision and accuracy that it has given to the communication norms. In business communications, unlike the conventional mode of sending and receiving information through documents, digital transformations and use of techniques like internet and emails have changed the scenario (Wiyono et al. 2019).
In fact, the most significant part of the communication in this way is to ensure that the process of sending and receiving the information is rapid, reducing the delay caused by the structuring and delivery of the communication from the sender to the receiver. For example, sending an email is faster than sending the same message through internal memo that is handwritten. In the same way, projecting the promotions and sales through slides is easier than explaining it physically.

There are various elements of transactional model including, encoding, decoding, context and the noise as well. When the sender prefers a set of information to be shared, he or she has to set the context of structuring the message first. Then, there is encoding of the message, the process, in which the message is encoded in the language and signs that are understandable (or it is implied) by the receiver. The receiver should have the capacity to decode the message (Hardie et al. 2021). The major barriers to this model are context and noise in particular.
