Introduction
The specific needs of the family in this scenario are they need to be stable and ensured regarding
the well-being and welfare of the children. The family lives apart from each other as all of the children were not living with their grandmother. This will be important as it is very necessary to know how and where the children are growing up. The demography of the family consists of Ethel, who is the grandmother and is 65 years old, Jennie who was the mother and who died nearly a year ago, four children's Danny, 15 years, a mark who is of 8 years, Moses who is of 4 years and Jackie who is of 17 months.
Resources
A. The state and federal departments provide several resources which would be possibly helpful considering the child welfare issues. The resources include national foster care, adoption assistance, and adoption opportunities. Yes, there are certain restrictions regarding who can use these resources as these resources can be used by only those families who need child welfare services to provide the children a better life. These resources would be very beneficial for the family as several children in the family did not have proper assistance from their mother and father all they have is their old grandmother. The benefits the family would get are they would get the support and assistance of the foster care and they would also get the opportunity to give the children for adoption so that they could get a better life (Henry, Liner-Jigamian, Carnochan, Taylor & Austin, 2018).
