The company has been investing considerable amount of money on technology and innovation. The business is also into merchandising and managing supply chain and logistics.
· Research on industry & best business practices - The industry, in which Amazon operates is e-commerce industry, artificial intelligence, consumer goods and cloud computing. The best business practices adopted by the organisation are providing the shoppers with complete information about products and services (Wells et al., 2015). Another best practice of Amazon is to build a positive feedback for the business.
· Consultation with internal and external stakeholders - Amazon consults its internal and external stakeholders by maintaining a strong relationship with them. The business has also been focusing on listening actively to the opinions and ideas of its stakeholders (Damanpour et al., 2018). Effective communication channels are being followed.
