Problems:
Healthcare for any member of the society is big issues, and it become even more prudent when the healthcare for the system is not free. When it’s not free there are certain gray areas appear, because of asking doctor’s appointment again.
There are people, who are suffering with some other diseases, but doctor has as per his own understanding diagnosed him wrongly, due to which there is a huge loss present in these situations, and patient’s time got wasted, he didn’t get clear direction and he suffers a lot due to such concerns and he also wastes money in this kind of approach.
When people don’t get direction clearly, there is a huge loss to the nations as well, due to economical wastage, financial wastage, and time wastage of people. To give certain correct choices of people, either doctor should start doing the consulting and follow the systematic approach.
Currently NewAccess is dealing with youth age 17 to 25 years old but they are in process of expanding to age 12 years. It will be challenge for New Access to fight the requirements of 12 year old. 12 year old people want be able to explain their problem clearly.
Capabilities:
NewAccess system used for medical diagnosis for mental illness of patients should be well defined, properly function, and help doctors, nurses, and patients to achieve the desired outcome required to resolve the ongoing problems. I think following should be at least addressed in the system.
