Executive Summary
Fonterra Company is based in New Zealand and mostly it deals with nutrition and health factors of the society. They have a varied variety of brands Piacho, Primo etc. to serve the customers. Their farmers are well trained and practice best farming methods to produce best quality food. Purpose of the project is to engage staff and members of the company to increase cultural awareness and to identify the shortcoming of the company on this context. In this report it will be determined on how to assess the project and how to use it to make an impact on the workers. For this we will use smart objectives, Gantt chart and also how much it would cost for the program to commence. As HR of the company time management for the project would be the key aspect and putting forward the ideas and opinions about cultural awareness should be precise and concise which will be easily understood by the workers.

1. Introduction
Fonterra Company of New Zealand with its headquarters located in the city of Auckland, is a dairy company co-operatively owned by 10,500 farmers across New Zealand. It supplies its product throughout the world and is very farmers for its nutritional value and content. The company has been growing its roots all over the world and is responsible for almost 30 percent of the world dairy products with a turnover of $17.2 billion (Grant, 2017). Company is having subsidiaries which are also a part of the company such as Tip Top, Mainland etc. Their vision is to create a world with good nutrition percentage for all the human beings as well as the animal welfare. They believe in sustainability and organic farming. Being particular about their products as well as their homeland they tend to solve the problems that they acquire with the nature without harming it. They have a very organized structure, John Monaghan is the chairman of the person who looks after total company its products and services, Clinton Dines is the director of the company and also a member of the people and cultural program (Fielke et al. 2018).
