The mission statement explains how an organisation intends to achieve its goals. The mission serves as a tool to help them achieve their vision or desired outcome. Everyone understands the mission statement, and it motivates those who work in an organisation.

The presentation should be concise and objective, with an emphasis on the project's essential features. The initial step is to gather all of the material and emphasise the most important points while also organising it hierarchically.
