Introduction
This report will deal with the different codes of conduct and their importance in the context of the various organisations. The law of behaviour is a significant procedure within different organisations. In this case, the six parameters associated with the code of conducts will be discussed. They are discrimination, exploitation, corruption, dishonest behaviour, whistleblower protection and enforcemen
t of the law of conduct within the organisation itself. This report also covers the rules that the employees should follow within the organisation.
Codes of Ethics
Code of ethics is a set of rules that helps the businessmen to continue with their business with utmost honesty and integrity. In this way, the official or organisational environment can be very systematic and peaceful. The atmosphere of the office will be amiable for the employees working for the organisation as well. This code of ethics is also considered as the ethical code through which the business environment can be very optimistic and not hectic to the employees associated with the organisation itself (Tourani et al. 2017). The ethics of the office environment is maintained, and these codes draw a distinct line between the right and wrong within the office premises. The employees associated with the organisation are bound to follow the organisational ethics or the ethical codes. It is essential to set some rules and list of punishments to make them maintain the code of ethics, and it is necessary to set some rules and record of penalties so that the employees can keep the code of ethics willingly.
The code of ethics sets out rules that can also provide a brief understanding of the different official activities and how the employees should carry them out. Honesty is an essential part of the diverse spectrum within the various organisations, and they need to be carried out with maintaining proper dimensions and ethics. Along with the employees, the code of ethics also enables the organisations to progress, maintaining honesty and integrity. The set of ethics permits no kind of foul practices as the pertaining the ethical side is the most crucial side of the development of any organisation. Different critical terms associated with the code of ethics will be discussed below for a better understanding.

· Employees of a specific organisation should respect the different racial differences and cultural differences within the organisation
· employees should undertake a professional approach while any kind of conduct or speech rather than being partial to any culture or race
· Employees should immediately refuse to be involved or participate in any sort of cultural discrimination or racial harassment. If they face some occurrences like this, then that incident should be reported to higher authority at once.
· Employees are strongly prohibited from indulging in any kind of humour or pranks that initiates cultural or racial discrimination.
If these rules are not maintained properly, then immediate actions should be taken by the organisation for breaking the code of ethics.

Discrimination is a phrase which stands for a distinction between the people or employees within an organisation based on their cultural groups or racial groups. The difference can be made within the linguistic groups as well.The discrimination is the act where anyone culture is harassed or made fun of under different circumstances. There are various consequences of discrimination within the organisational environment. People may lose interest in corporate activities. Along with that if they are bullied to such an extent, then mental pressure can occur upon them. The discrimination is very damaging to the work culture persisting within the organisation, and it is disrespectful to the people who belong from the other religions, races or linguistic groups.
These reasons can also lead to high employee resignations which can harm the progress of the organisation. Along with that, the different kinds of discrimination is dangerous for the reputation of the associated organisation as well.
