Introduction
    Smartphones are making their presence being felt in almost all spheres of life. It is a boon for those, who know how to manage its usage effectively, while a curse for those who get lost in this world. The iGen or the teenagers, students, parents as well as the common public are the main people, who got stuck in the dilemma whether the smart phones are making things easier for them or their children or it is making life way harder for them. A tool, which was introduced to make people more familiar with each other, is distancing them owing to its excessive use. If I were facing this dilemma, I would certainly have taken this problem seriously and limit the use of smart phones up to an extent.
Reasons
    My first reason for making the choice is that the younger generation is losing interest in the outside world. This reason stems from my experience of childhood. The time when, I was younger the best part of my whole day used to be the evening, no matter whether it was a holiday or a regular day. I used to play with my friends in the playgrounds, we use to discuss several things and create new ideas to sanction in our play, which boosted our physical as well as the mental fitness. There were noises everywhere of children playing in groups, which created a different vibe, however, now it is very rare to see group of children playing in the grounds (Twenge, 2017).
    My second reason for making this choice is the school life is losing its meaning. This reason relates to my experience, when I was a child, or when I was a teenager schooling was something that made us aware of the outside world as well as the inside world.
